Estoy empezando mis entrenamientos. Puntualidad y comunicación súper. La clase bastante completa. Se enfoca mucho en que se aprenda a realizar los ejercicios de manera correcta ( respiración, concentración, posición, etc.) Relación calidad precio muy buena. Primera clase de prueba es gratis y te ayuda también con la nutrición.
