    Mi balcón con barandilla está pegado a una terrazita sin barandilla que nadie usa. Mi piso es el único con acceso a esa terraza. Osea si saltas la barandilla de mi balcón, llegas a la terraza. Quiero quitar la barandilla de mí balcón y construir una plataforma (deck) encima de esa terraza a nivel de donde empieza la barandilla de mi balcón (hay que elevar la plataforma tipo 30 cm desde el suelo de la terraza), y construir una barandilla en la plataforma/terraza. El tamaño del deck tipo 6m2.
