  • Hola, Tengo una cámara Powershot G12 con número de serie 9. Tiene un problema de funcionamiento con el zoom, no se guarda, es decir, está permanente abierto. Cuando enciendo la cámara me aparece el siguiente mensaje en la pantalla: "Error de objetivo. Se apagará automáticamente. Reinicie la cámara". He probado a reiniciarla pulsando el botón de encendió y Home a la vez, pero no ha dado resultado.
