We need the work to start straight away Need to get worked finished on (2) units to list them on airbnb within a few weeks I am looking to build a strategic partnership with a contracting company that has competitive rates and high quality work. If you can offer me good price and value I will have many more projects for you as I am working with a team of people to build portfolio of airbnbs in Valencia. We just bought (2) units and need help with some additions to both. We will have 2-3 years of work coming in so want to build long term partnership, with much more work this summer. Current Project: - Need to sound proof door that is next to a bar - Need to build floor to ceiling curtains that are sound proof in both units to separate bedroom and family room - For (2) units Need to build storage shelves / Wardrobes for the home / cupboards - Need to extend shower in one of the bathrooms to stop water leakage
